Hookah Bar Downtown San Diego

Very nice place. Seating inside and out. Of course being San Diego who wouldn't sit outside to enjoy the weather and sites. Pretty decent selections all around of food, drink and sheesha. The staff was friendly, attentive without being intrusive and helpful. The coals were replaced without being prompted. A great place and a definite do again !

I understand Saturday nights are busy, but this lounge was terribly understaffed and the staff that were working had no sense of urgency or customer service. The tall doorman leads us inside, thinking we're going to be seated, but stops midway to our table to brotalk to the other kitchen staff. He then forgets that he's leading us to our table, so we're loitering in the middle of an already overcrowded lounge waiting to be seated. After flagging him down to remind him, "hey, you forgot to seat us, " we waited 15 minutes after ordering our hookah (had to flag down the 1/2 waitresses that were staffed to serve us) and still no bowl. We ended up walking out because there were literally no waitresses on the floor to be found, and the staff cared as much about us paying customers as we ended up caring about giving them our business. Shameful customer service and will never be returning.
