"We levitate our dough for 72 hours, and this allows us to use very little yeast in our dough and it breaks down the sugars. Therefore, it's much lighter dough, crisper, " Gullia Colmignoli said.

"Our goal from the beginning is really make this as authentic as possible as we have in Rome, " Gullia said.

"You can get any six slices, mix it anyway you'd like, " Gullia said.

Salads too are handcrafted to accompany the authentic Roman pizza party.

"We make all our dressings in-house, " Gullia said.
